Easy sauce for chicken wings, stir-fry, marinade or use as a grill sauce on the BBQ. Gluten Free!

¾ cups / 187 ml orange juice (about 2-3 oranges)

2 tbsp / 30 ml tomato sauce

2 tbsp / 30 ml tamari

2 tbsp / 30 ml whole grain mustard

2 tsp / 10 ml arrowroot

1 clove garlic minced or 1 tsp /  5 ml garlic powder

1 tsp / 5 ml chili powder

½ tsp / 2.5 ml salt

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to boil while whisking. Turn heat to medium low and simmer for 2 minutes. Sauce will thicken.
